AdminAI is an intelligent assistant platform that helps Instagram business and creator accounts manage their audience interactions, including comments, direct messages, story replies, and account analytics using official Meta APIs.

When you connect your Instagram account to AdminAI, we may collect and process the following data via official Meta services, including the Instagram Graph API and Messaging API:

• Instagram account username and ID
• Profile name and profile picture
• Bio and public profile information
• Follower and following counts
• Media, including posts, reels, and story metadata where permitted
• Comments on your posts
• Direct messages sent to your business account
• Story replies and mentions
• Basic insights and engagement analytics when permitted by Meta APIs

We only access data that is explicitly authorized by the user through Meta OAuth permissions.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected data strictly for providing the following services:

• Automated and assisted responses to comments and direct messages
• AI-powered reply suggestions for Instagram interactions
• Smart management of story replies and engagement

• Users can request deletion of their account and associated data
• Upon disconnection, all access tokens are immediately revoked
• Stored data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe

We may use secure third-party infrastructure providers such as:

• Cloud hosting providers for backend services

• AI model providers for generating responses

All providers are selected based on security and compliance standards.
